The old and the new. MacLeod & Associates are at present involved in the implementation of the Board's master plan and have carried out major restructuring of the high and low voltage reticulation and various upgrades to the theatres.

A beautiful view of Port Otago with Carey's Bay just around the right hand corner. MacLeod & Associates have been involved with several major upgrades at the Port over the last 15 years, from new storage facilities to the replacement of the high and low voltage reticulation.
One of Dunedin's leading car sales yards. MacLeod & Associates were responsible for the original design of the Mercedes-Benz building, then its updating five years later; and most recently the addition of the Jaguar and Landrover showroom. We are proud that this ongoing involvement shows the client's respect for our design ability and organisational skills.
A new day and cancer care centre at Mercy Hospital, Dunedin. MacLeod & Associates have been involved with Mercy Hospital for over 20 years and at present are part of the project team that supports the continued progression of the Mercy Hospital redevelopment.
One of the world's most photographed buildings. It may be one of the oldest projects in our portfolio but is still one of the best.
