University of Otago Hunter Centre, Dunedin
The Hunter Centre is a popular study and meeting space for the University Medical School. Its features include wood pellet boilers, rainwater harvesting and a real-time energy use display. The building won the 2008 NZIA Southern Architecture Awards for Public Architecture and for Sustainable Architecture.
